A Cannabis Club, as per Spanish law, is a non-profit organization that provides a private setting for its members to consume cannabis. To join a certain social club, one has to be a legal adult with updated documentation and the curiosity of simply knowing more on the matter.

Are social clubs legal in Marbella?

Cannabis social clubs are legal in Spain, including Marbella, but only under strict conditions. They must be non-profit organizations, operate privately for members, and follow local regulations. Cannabis use and distribution are still illegal outside of these private clubs.
